Identity Culpeper is divided into three DBA: Kelly Street Boxing Club, Culpeper Rodeo Company, and Wilderness Tabernacle.
Jon Russell is the owner of Kelly Street Boxing Club, a rodeo promoter and CEO of Identity Culpeper. He has dedicated his life to social entrepreneurship and public service.
He served 8 years on the Culpeper town council, former Senior Advisor at Virginia Department of Education and currently serves as Chief of Staff at Spotsylvania County Public Schools.
Jon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Thomas Edison State University, He is also a graduate of the Sorenson Institute at University of Virginia.
He has been married to Sarah Russell for 21 years, together they have 4 children.
Harry started as an amateur boxer in the legendary boxing gym called Lou Costello boxing gym in Paterson NJ in July 1976 at 16. He trained with several future World Champions to include his friend Bobby Czyz- Rocky Lockridge and Leo Randolph. He won 4 fights including several 1st round ko’s before losing in the quarterfinals in a razor thin decision as a junior middleweight (156 lbs) at the NJ Golden Gloves in Elizabeth NJ. He was on his way to turn pro at 20 but decided on a career in law enforcement.
Harry is a respected former federal law enforcement professional with more than thirty five years of law enforcement experience including 25 years as a Special Agent with the US Drug Enforcement Administration.
Harry brings a disciplined “ hands on” approach coupled with a long career in law enforcement. Harry enjoys working with young men to build them up as the cornerstone of his teaching.
Coach D is a boxing coach from Richmond VA. He has been training boxers in the program called "Gloves up Guns down"
