As CEO of Identity Culpeper, Jon Russell wears a lot of hats as both a rodeo promoter and boxing club owner. His commitment to Culpeper is to promote our tourism, small business and youth. He formerly served as Chief of Staff for Spotsylvania County Public Schools and served as Senior Advisor to the State Superintendent at the Virginia Department of Education. Serves as Town Councilman.
Jon has been married 21 years to his wife Sarah Russell, owner of Libertas Integrative Health. Together they have four children.
Amara graduated with honors from George Mason with a bachelors of science in Health systems Management. A Florida native, she enjoys baking, and spending time with her family.
Harry started as an amateur boxer in the legendary boxing gym called Lou Costello boxing gym in Paterson NJ in July 1976 at 16. He trained with several future World Champions to include his friend Bobby Czyz- Rocky Lockridge and Leo Randolph. He won 4 fights including several 1st round ko’s before losing in the quarterfinals in a razor thin decision as a junior middleweight (156 lbs) at the NJ Golden Gloves in Elizabeth NJ. He was on his way to turn pro at 20 but decided on a career in law enforcement.
Harry is a respected former federal law enforcement professional with more than thirty five years of law enforcement experience including 25 years as a Special Agent with the US Drug Enforcement Administration.
Harry brings a disciplined “ hands on” approach coupled with a long career in law enforcement. Harry enjoys working with young men to build them up as the cornerstone of his teaching.
Coach D is a boxing coach from Richmond VA. He has been training boxers in the program called "Gloves up Guns down". He is a Military veteran and brings decades of boxing experience with him.
Melissa is a true servant leader. Her heart for people and ministry inspire others to seek God. If something needs done, Melissa has probably already accomplished the task.
